Hi, I am Molly Lee, the marketing director of WINSON GLASS.

Career

Molly Lee | Marketing Director

In 2004, I proudly graduated with my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Then I

started my career in the glassware export industry with a well-known company. As a junior

order coordinator, I spent half time in the workshop. I worked diligently and received much

praise from the workers and foremen. Through careful observation and study, I soon became

familiar with the production process, key quality control points and product inspection

standards and methods. Due to my excellent work performance and results, I was promoted

to Order Supervisor after three years.

In 2009, in order to improve and challenge myself, I asked to be transferred to the Sales

Department. In one year, I studied almost 30 books on sales, communication, negotiation and

management. Through continuous study and hard work, two years later, I was appointed

Sales Supervisor. It was a very hard but very fulfilling time. I gained invaluable experience in

glass industry and honed my communication skills with customers and factories. I also excelled at developing new business

relationships and attended trade shows to further develop my ability.

In 2014, I embarked on a new journey as a Sales Manager for a specialist glass product export trading company. I took on

daily management responsibilities and spearheaded critical projects such as marketing platform construction, sales team

building, and supply chain management. This experience allowed me to build strong customer relationships and equipped

me with extensive management and marketing skills.

In 2022, WINSON established a foreign trade company to expand the international business, I was honored to be invited as one

of the partners. As the person in charge of all overseas business, I was responsible for the comprehensive export of laboratory

glassware. Through the effort of our whole team, we have explored the laboratory glassware market of ten countries. We have

also established stable partnerships with more than fifteen customers. Although my time with WINSON is short, I am dedicated

to continue my work with the company until I retire. This industry is not only my profession, but also my passion, and I am eager

to devote my youth and expertise to it.

Life

Outside of work, I am an advocator of a healthy and balanced lifestyle. To maintain my physical

fitness, I enjoy running regularly. Running has taught me the importance of persistence and

endurance, which I find valuable in both my personal and professional life. I also try to make

time for reading. Reading is an important aspect of self-improvement and personal growth. I

find reading both relaxing and stimulating. One of my favorite books is “The 7 Habits of Highly

Effective People” by Stephen Covey, which has had a significant impact on my personal and

professional development. Overall, I believe that these activities can complete my professional

life, maintain a healthy work-life balance and provide the energy and inspiration for me to excel

in my career.
